Poems Per Preston

This collection of poetry and short stories is written by Preston Miller and features black and white illustrations.Preston Eugene Miller lives in Richmond, Indiana. Miller writes about a simpler way of life informed by his varied experiences, including riding the rails, working at a sawmill, gardening, working a trapline, shoveling snow, and growing older. Many of the poems were written on his property in an old schoolhouse, which is pictured on the front cover. His poems are often humorous, unexpected, and show readers the importance of the big and little things we do in life. Poems Per Preston is his first book.
