Dr. Betty Tonsing was living in Africa when her children were young and reading books every night was the highlight of the day!  Written 30+ years ago, the book is finally being published and meets the approval of her grandchildren Max and Izetta who have loved reading it as much as Eva and Joey.

Betty lived overseas for close to 15 years, in Africa, Central Asia and the Middle East and the children she illustrates are also from all over the world. She is a historian with several more ‘serious’ publications, and this book was the most fun to write AND illustrate. What did I see? is a hard cover book, 8.5 X 11 with 24 pages.
